Site Plan Approvals & Permits
In many instances a project begins with a requirement to satisfy other authorities having jurisdiction over the development of your property that you might not have known about. If you have a waterfront property, or live adjacent to a water course, there may be development and design restrictions that need to be reviewed to determine the viability of a proposed project, before too many cost are incurred in the design of the building. We have assisted many of our Clients in gaining the appropriate approvals and permits necessary to be in place prior to even applying for a building permit. Even the building permit application and necessary drawing submissions will have minimum requirements imposed by the Ontario Building Code that must be evident for a successful permit application. There are no short-cuts, but we can assist in providing the answers the first-time, as to avoid any scheduling delays.
