This 1966 vocational school is now home to Glengate Alliance Church and the Valley Way Nonprofit Housing Corporation. The adaptive-reuse of the building to accommodate the Church Administrative Offices, Community Services and 34 seniors units also incorporates such sustainable design initiatives as: domestic solar hot water heating, geothermal heat exchange and photovoltaic power generation.
